My focus and that of the leadership team in my administration will be to address "Broken Window Theory" issues- the things that make us look like we're lacking. My goal is for Euclid to look and feel thriving at every glance.
Directors, Chiefs and neighborhood leaders will know under my leadership, directives will be given and measured to address "Broken Window Theory" issues that make Euclid look and feel like we're asleep at the wheel . Neighborhood leaders will be supported and encouraged to lead in their sphere of influence and we all will work together to continuously improve Euclid.
Community Policing is a philosophy focused on building partnerships to address the causes of crime, fear and social disorder. Under my leadership, Euclid will use this philosophy to build partnerships and address the collective concerns of all neighborhoods. We ill shift from reactive responses to proactive approaches with an emphasis on trust and accountability.
